The Industrial Park offers affordable prices to investors, contributing to the growth of companies and implicitly the development of the region. We offer the lowest prices in the region, tenants being exempt from land and property tax.
Services
Through our services, we offer our customers a pleasant working environment: parking lots, green areas, street lighting, security services. We assist companies in their interactions with local authorities and public institutions, as well as administrative matters.
Infrastructure
Sfântu Gheorghe lies in the heart of Romania. The Industrial Park is situated on the DN E13 national road, 3 km outside of Sfântu Gheorghe, on the road to the town of Târgu Secuiesc. Moreover, national road E574 between Brașov – Bacău is just 5 km away and is one of the busiest and most effective routes connecting the region of Moldova with Transylvania.
Qualified workforce
In the last decade the academic offer in Sfântu Gheorghe has expanded considerably. Students can currently attend Bachelor and Master courses at two universities: Babeș-Bolyai University and Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania. Several schools also offer vocational education and training. The Industrial Park provides a direct relationship with graduates.
